Creation of Change Advocates
The first expected result the BeReal4Compost will work towards is training over 60 young composting experts, transforming them from digital activists to community leaders. By encouraging the transition from online engagement to meaningful, on-the-ground action, we will be enabling the youth to make their voices heard by decision-makers. This program will create a new generation of environmental advocates, prepared to lead the charge in sustainable practices and climate action within their communities.
Boosting Community Participation
Second expected result is for BeReal4Compost to develop and deliver targeted training to prepare young people with practical strategies for community engagement. Alongside, we will create collection of train-the-trainer resources for educators in the environmental and climate action sectors. This approach will ensure that the message of empowerment and environmental responsibility not only spreads but also endures, encouraging a ripple effect of education and activism across Europe.
A Manual for Youth, by Youth
As another expected result knowledge sharing, we will have published a youth-focused manual by BeReal4Compost. This manual will be a comprehensive guide for global distribution, providing young individuals everywhere with a step-by-step approach to initiate and leading composting and environmental advocacy projects.
